History

Olea opened its doors in 1998 with a single wood-fired kitchen and a simple belief: a great meal deserves an unhurried room. We see our guests as friends invited to a party, and we are the hosts.

Over two decades we have grown, but the idea has not changed. Everything is cooked to order from produce that arrives fresh each morning — grown close by, picked at its best and treated with care.
